Q: I live in the area, can I do a local pick-up?
A: Yes! If you want to pay online using a credit card, simply enter the code LOCALPU in the discount area of your checkout. If you wish to pay with cash, please email us to arrange a pick-up.

Q: I purchased an item online and even though I read the items details carefully, it doesn’t fit the way I expected. Can I return it?
A: Items sold on our site or at our sales are not eligible for returns. Please read our exchange policy below. Items purchased on our SALE page are not eligible for exchanges, and are final sale.

Q: How do you price your items?
A: We scour the web to find other re-seller sites that have listed the item or something very similar, to see what they have sold at. Our general rule of thumb is to price our items 25-50% lower than that. We want to make sure the price is fair based on demand, the quality / shape the items is in, and the brand name.


Returns & Exchanges

All Items sold at Flash Mrkt are pre-owned - please read each item’s condition carefully and refer to our condition rating scale. If you have more questions about the state of an item, please email info@flashconsignments.com

Items purchased in our online shop are eligible for a 7-day exchange policy - items must be shipped/brought back in original packaging with tags attached in order to qualify for a refund. Please read the measurements for each item carefully, as often the size on the tag does not represent the size properly. Some brands / styles fit large / small etc… we will do our best to describe the fit (ie. if it’s oversized).

Returns can be made to the address identified on the package. For security reasons, it is not listed here. Once an item is returned, you may exchange it for something of similar value or more - you will be charged the difference. Unfortunately we are not able to issue ‘credit’.
